Remember to protect your energy

Remember you are what you think and say, so be kind to yourself, have positive thoughts and look after your energy. 
An affirmation that can help with this
Place your left hand over your heart and your right hand on you solar plexus and say aloud or think the following affirmation:
I release all energy that is not mine and accept the healing energies in to cleanse my body, mind and soul. 
This can be done however many times you feel the need to do so.
You may like to close your eyes and relax into it like meditating. You can sit stand or lie down whichever feels right for you
